What is happening with my FNB account n money?

To whom it may concern

I open a smart device application, my account has been debited with the incorrect date. I went in several times to change this and the date has still not been changed, I am paying every month banking fees for debit orders that's coming threw on the incorrect day, my ITC record has been affected, money is going from my account that can not be explained to me, I have suffered a terrible loss as a debit order of the wrong amount went threw and FNB refused to refund me, I left several calls for a manager to contact me from the smart device section non was returned. I am furious and soooo frustrated. I am changing banks this coming Saturday and refuse to hear from FNB that I signed a contract with them and will face serious consewuences if I do. I have a list of people with similar complaints and feel that I am putting this in the news paper as I had enough.

I want FNB to sort out my account and to take the defaults off my name as they are the cause for it! Further more I want them to close my FNB account and to come fetch their phone as I want nothing more to do with them, enough is enough how much more must I suffer before something gets done about my account
