Very disappointed with service received from 1 Life Direct consultant. Spoke to consultant to change banking details when he told me that there was going to be a double deduction i told him that it wont be okay and to rather cancel my policy. Double debit went off at the end of the month and when i called in to query it different consultant told me that policy was never cancelled as i had to fax or email letter... which was never explained to me by 1st consultant. Now waiting for Refund and no one getting back to me. So happy i cancelled policy if this is service being given by them. And to think i was taking the risk of investing my family's future with this company
