SO GOOD TO BE TREATED WELL FOR A CHANGE

My 81 year old Mum who is riddled with arthritis needed to go into Std Bank Davenport to do some personal banking & I cannot explain the awful time we had trying to get into the bank. The banking hall is on the 1st floor, & with stair climbing impossible, we had to make use of the ridiculous disabled lift system that is in place. You have to ring a bell & wait for someone to come and fetch you?? After standing in the hot sun in an open carpark for more than 15 minutes, continually ringing the bell, we finally asked a client who was on their way up the stairs to call someone for us. Needless to say I was furious by the time we were "collected" & took my frustration out on the first staff member that I saw, which happened to be Linda Ross. What an amazing lady, gently spoken & completely unruffled, she soon made us feel so much better. We were passed on to Regina Govender, who also loverly, sorted out the banking issue in no time. These two ladies are a real asset to your organistion and both deserve commendation. Well done to them for turning a really unlpeasant situation around completely, one does not come across customer service like that very often today. Thank you ladies!
