Please phone me regarding a query on my policy!
I have previously requested someone assist me and up to now the problem is still not fixed. What must I do to be helped, or should I just revert to another company for my life insurance. Please phone me personally, if you leave another generic response I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I have completed the application in April for my wife to be added on my policy, numerous calls and emails and now 4 months later she is still not covered!?
