I have a life policy with liberty added to my fnb bond and when i requested to cancel in august for end of august I was advised that i would need a letter from the bank to complete the cancellation which took me a month to get and finally on the 20 th August fnb did manage to accept my new life policy and they send an instruction to Liberty to cancel policy and not to debit any more and since then did not get any respond from Liberty but debit order went off my account for september and when I send a refund request Liberty advised that they will not be able to assist since they received the request after debit order deduction date which I dont understant as it was clearly stated on the letter dated 20 th August .and due to personal reasons Im unable to go to the bank anytime from now and Iwas unable to cancel debit orde
