I have NO one to speak to!!

Today, I called in to seek legal assistance and spoke Ike regarding a matter that concerns my wife.
Only to be told that this matter is NOT covered and yet I know very well that she is covered under my policy.
This matter did not take place in 2001 and just took place in 2013 whereby we received a letter of demand from VVM Attorneys of an account my wife
has NO idea about.

This is not the first time in dealing with your offices were I felt that your advisor and the service provided is of poor quality leaving me to do everything necessary
to defend myself or my family. I have compared your services against Scorpion Legal Protection Services and your company comes out last as you don't try to go the
extra mile to assist your members and yet you take monthly premiums for such and provide nothing in return.

I am of the opinion that you are not qualified to offer such a service taking into account of the many years of frustrations endured with FNB Law On Call.

I really need to talk to a Senior Manager to resolve my unhappiness in this regard.
