I had my siblings on funeral cover and the one maid policy holder passed away. Liberty cancelled the policy without advising me to put another sibling as policy holder. This caused me a big embarrassment when I lost another sibling and I was told that there is no policy. I complained about that in June this year and got a response needing more information. I took long to provide the information because of business travelling. Since I provided the information on the 29th of July I have never even received acknowledgement from Liberty to say they are working on the problem. It cannot take this long to give feedback.
