My mother notified you in advance to stop her premium. Her house was sold in July and premiums are still deducted from her bank. The agreement was with Mr PS van Wyk who passed more that two years ago. Mrs DL van Wyk are still paying for the premium currently, as you are deducting the amount every month with a debit order. The debit order was stopped with the bank, but now receives sms for non-payment. She requested you to stop the premium, but nothing happened. Can someone please sort this mess urgently.
