Cancellation of Policy - Continued Premiums

Good day,

I attempted on several occasions to cancel my life insurance policy. It was for a house that is not even built yet and the property has not yet and will not be transfered over to me as the Developer is unable to acquire the funds. Since Jan '13 I send several emails and even completed a cancellation form to stop the premium but to no avail.
I even went to my bank to stop the debit order, again with no avail.

I expect the premius to stop being deducted from my bank account effective immediately and all my premiums to be refunded.
