The Atm swallowed my gold cheque acc card in a process of tryiing to put hold on my acc I blocked my telephone banking pin. I went to the bank to make a new card and unblock my pin. Lilly gave me the grey card. And she failed to unblock my telephone banking pin. She sent me to another guy in the bank who also failed. I ask why. A am I given the grey card they said gold card is out of stock I must come the following week. When I got there the following I did not get it. I also reported that this card is declining when Im using it to buy in shops e.g. checkers annd I was told well we dont know why its doing that but we still they do not have gold card (with bad attitude). Nobody took my number atleast to call me when card is available Iam very dissapointed with the. Service that Im getting from that lady who is doing cards in that bank .please address that problem
