Monday i spoke to Gareth from African Bank in their call centre and asked for settlement for my loan, he promised to email me the settlement on monday as that settlement is only valid for 5 days only even now i'm still waiting and I can't call again as its a mission to get hold of someone because its call centre you spend so much time on the line before you can get connected to the agent.
Before he promised to email me that statement i asked for my balance which he told me and asked for settlment amount but to my surprise the settlment money was to high than my balance, maybe i dont understand something here i thought settlement amount should be lower than the balance.
