I requested a settlement amount from Flemix and, which they forwarded to me but was different from my salary advise. I requested a reduced settlement and nobody came back to me. after I called them they advised that I cannot receive a reduced settlement, and no reason was given.
Why is the settlement more than my salary advise, and why doesnt they want me to settle this account.
