Too many stories everyday, too much delay

I was contacted by Alexander forbes in December 2012. I was told that a form will be emailed to me so that i fill it in, scan and email back to them regarding my funds from my previous company. Since then i heard nothing from them. I the called in to find out what is now going on, where is the form suppose to be emailed to me, and that is this january. They asked me for my bank statement, and id copy, i scanned and emailed to them. Next thing i was emailed the form which i was never told about before they asked me to send my bank statement, so that is the form they were meant to email me in December already. So i did fast mail at the post office cos i was told that the form cant be scanned and its the only thing holding up my funds. So i call again to follow up, and im being told to send my required documents, and thats the call center. I call the tracing administration department where i got the email from, and a lady by name of lerato has been getting back to me ever since tuesday. Now everytime i call im told this story, the next day another story. How long should i wait, you get all sorts of promises, and no one bothers to get back to you. DELAYED DELAYED DELAYED!
