The worst customer service experience in the land

I called for my loan settlement amount and to my surprise I was told they do not give settlement amounts you have to go the branch
When I called African bank and ABSA bank last year for settlement amounts l got them no hustles
What kind of a bank cannot give settlement amounts on the call I mean all you do u verify my details and you give me my settlement amount that all
Before I gave them my id I asked them if they are able to provide me with my settlement amount for up to 14 days the answer was not for 14 days its valid for only 5 days
Gave my details only to be told we cannot assist you that is annoying really
I mean they are being simple really and wasting people time to go to the bank

Now I have to take time off work to go to the branch
