I called in on the 1/2 April into FNB call center to get a settlement amount on my ipad. the call center agent told me the outstanding amount was 1400/1500 she then said i had to mail the smart phone section to get a final settlement i asked her to please confirm that this amount would not exceed the amount outstanding and she confirmed this. when i contacted the smartphone section they then told me the amount was R2299 i refuse to accept this and would like someone to sort this matter up asap. the reference no for the call was RF1304224610.
