FNB seems not to disappoint me everytime

FNB surprises more everyday with exceptional service and great attitude from their call center consultants. Yolisa attended to my call when I needed answers regarding the charges on my account, I took up most of her time but she was consistently patient and professional, not even once did I sense negative energy from her and for this, I thank her and FNB a million times. With each day I get convinced that I'm with the best bank. Couldn't have been awarded the Most Innovative Bank in The World for nothing!!!
