In all my years of banking I must say you are the best. Your innovative products and internet banking is second to none. I regret all the time wasted with other banks. I am happy to advise you that I have convinced my husband and a close friend of mine to move to FNB. Whenever my husband encountered problems with his previous bank I would tell him "It's time to move to FNB." Well he finally came to his senses, his salary will be going to FNB as from February and he was quite thrilled with your Debit Order Switching facility. Well done FNB - keep on setting the benchmark for service, innovative products, smart devices and everything else.
