I called the helpdesk about some funds that were reserved on my account, Nonkasimlo Kora answered my call, gave me the answers I needed and walked me through the process. The next day she phoned me back and confirmed my problem had been resolved. It is not every day that a call centre phones back, but FNB consistently delivers amazing service and I must commend Noni for being simply... AWESOME! I love FNB, and when I get great service like this I just want to tell it on the mountain! Thank you Noni!
