AND NOW? BILL ME TWICE

I have been going through HP, and I see that I am not the only one with this complaint. on 20 Sept, you billed my account, i had no money, so it went back (bank charges me for failed debit order). On 1 Oct, I wake up to an email from my bank informing me that you have debited me TWICE? what the h*ll? Now i need to fend for money to cover up some cost? Please I beg of you to return my money. I have been patient with you when you debit money from my account on wrong dates, and I have been patient when I call to check my balance and its still more than what i borrowed (after a year of payment), I have been patient when I'm told "sorry we cant change your debit order". Is it me or are the consultants and the bank not as professional as they should be? Please help me resolve this.
