FNB How can we NOT help you?

WOW!!! FNB being "the most innovative bank in the world" really doesn't set the standards high... I have been shoved around so much by there call center agents I'm not even sure whats going on anymore. The technology is slamming but the customer service!!?? VERY disappointing.
Maybe its because I'm a "Little guy" I don't know - SO MAD!
