Call this morning equiring about the document from inspection centre, requesting that it be sent to me. Have to say was impressed by the way my call was handled by Yolisa Yolonga and the efficiency thereof. Document was sent and updated immediately - to add an icing on the cake she said she'll follow up with me in 5 minutes to check with me if I did recieve the document and happy with it, and thats exactly what happened.
