BEEN WAITING 49 DAYS TO CLOSE CR CARD AND REFUND

PHONED FNB TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD SAID I HAD TO GO TO A BRANCH. TOOK A DAYS LEAVE TO GO TO BRANCH AND THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT DO IT MADE ME FILL IN A FORM AND FAXED IT THROUGH, SAID IT WOULD TAKE 48 HOUR TO ACTION. WAITED TWO WEEKS AND STILL THEY DID NOT CLOSE IT. TRIED TO FOLLOW UP WITH CALL CENTER VIA EMAIL AND PHONE A HUNDRED TIMES WITH NO LUCK. AFTER ANOTHER TWO WEEKS THEY PASSED 15 INCORRECT ENTRIES TO MY ACCOUNT OVER A WEEK TRYING TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I WAS CHARGED BANK CHARGES FOR THE ENTRIES THE BANK DID TO TRY AND FIX THE MESS THEY MADE ON MY ACCOUNT. I HAD A CREDIT BALANCE OF R106 IN MY ACCOUNT YET THEY TOOK R333 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND LEFT ME WITH A NEGATIVE BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT WITCH I WILL HAVE TO PAY CHARGES ON. I TOOK YET ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK TO GO BACK TO THE BRANCH AS NO ONE WAS COMPETENT OR INTERESTED TO HELP ME VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. THE BRANCH TRIED TO CALL CREDIT CARD AND THEY HANG UP ON THEM!! THEY LODGED A QUERY AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE 48 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE IT IS 8 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO JOY! EVEN THE SERVICE MANAGER DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. REF 255388NF AND Ref 025852303 WHAT A WAIST OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU???
