Bad service from debt counsellors

I have numerous times, asked charlene at the indc to tell me where money is being allocated to that they are paying into an account which have been finished payed last year september. Weeks and weeks go buy that she doesn't correspond and when you phone again she is still waiting to hear from the creditor. Also she never does anything you ask her to do. I recently changed jobs and wasn't payed on time by my previous employer and only got half a salary from new one and asked het to stop my debit order for the 2 months as I am not going to be able to pay my house and food and things like that and she told me that its fine my first debit order will go off the first of october, then my debit order ran the 31st of august already leaving my unable to pay my house and food. Over the last two years I have struggled constantly to get answers and feedback from this company and is now fedup.
