Pathetic service. well actually no service at all. I just spent about an hour on hold waiting to speak to a consultant, until I eventually gave up and put the phone down. I consider this rather counter productive as i was trying to reach the complaint and compliment department. If Absa's consultants are that busy handling complaints (no person in their right mind would hold for an hour to compliment service), there is obviously something terribly wrong with an institution we are trusting to be responsible with our financial affairs.
