ABSA bank cancels debt review

In 2008 I applied for debt review and was approved by the court and a consent order granted. ABSA tried to reposes my house as they obtained an order from the high court for the house last year. The consent order was in place years before they obtained this judgement. I appointed attorneys to overturn this judgement as the consent order was in place and ABSA claimed they were not aware of it. Last month I got a letter from ABSA stating that they have now terminated my debt counselling due to the fact that I missed a payment. I have proof that I never missed a payment. I contacted my debt counsellors and informed them about the problem emailed ABSA AND STILL NOTHING. This morning I got a call from Trevor from ABSA bank stating that they have now terminated my debt counselling on my cheque account because the NPDA are not paying the amount as agreed on the consent order now after 5 years. The counsellors are paying the amount as agreed per court order for five years WHY NOW. He actually can see payment were made but it's not enough thereby confirming ABSA is getting paid so they about the missed payment ABSA ACTS IN BAD FAITH AND ARE VICTIMISING CLIENTS UNDER DEBT REVIEW
