To whom it may concern,
ABSA has decided to do a journal debit for R2000 from my account without notifying me. I contacted their collections department and was told they have all the right to do this and I cannot do anything about it. I mentioned to them I was under debt review and have a valid court order in place and have not skipped a payment. My debt counsellors has sent them the court order. ABSA just decided to terminate the Debt Review Status and take money out of my account. I request that the court order be honored and the money returned to my account.
