Unlawful debit order from my account

I am currently under debt review since last month. So my debt counsellors sent all my creditors 1 being african
Bank. Last month it was fine but suddenly this month they debit my account for nearly R2500 which shouldn't
Have happened. I can't really ask for help because I waited hours on the phone just waiting for an operator. Really really bad services from most banks especially the ones who proudly says they help the customer. I need my money urgently. Help me help you!
