Disappointing and upsetting

I found my self in more financial debt than i could afford. i contacted Debtbusters to assist which they where willing to do. they told me what to do regarding my bank accounts which i did. they set up a debit order to go off my account to go towards paying off my debt. they first debit went off with no problems (this debit was for debtbusters and not my accounts) then the following month they only debited my account for their admin cost and not the amount for my debt counselling. when i noticed this i e-mailed them to find out why. in the mean time absa did a money grab an debited my account so in so doing put me in more financial debt. then in Jan the same thing happened despite me making sure the fund where available for my debt counselling. then debtbusters cancelled my debt counselling. they turned around and said it was my responsibility to pay them despite having a debit order. i want to know why they only took their money and not the money for my counselling? what have i payed them for? now the have cancelled my counselling and have left me in a worse position despite that i made sure that every month the money was available for them. i paid for no service or assistance
