STUDENT LOAN INTEREST AN CAPITAL AMOUNT CHARGED

IN 2012, i took my 2nd student loan for my son who is studying at University of Pretoria, On the 31 Aug 2013, i was surprised to see that instead of an instalment of R743 an amount of R2100 go off my debit orders, it a difference of R1357.00, i feel that is unacceptable, i spoke with Leticia at the Loans Department and she was adamanst that because i did not sent proof of Registration for 2013 they decided to take off R2100, i e mailed the proof of student loan to Leticia 31/8 at just after 10am and she confirmed she received it. I am upset because we now in September, why did someone not phone to let me know they wil be deducting R2100 instead of R743, i feel that the banked also failed it`s obligations to contact me before taking the deciob, all i want is the difference refunded to me immediately and also to assure me that only R743 will be deducted until my son finishes off University, LASTLY PLEASE NOTE THAT IS WHAT STUDENT LOANS ARE FOR NOT TO EXPLOID CUSTOMERS, I NEED THIS MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY 111 very unhappy and disappointed custome
