Not updating Transunion

Good day,

I pulled my credit history today only to find out that my Smart Loan that I settled on April 2012 has till not been closed on your side.

Furthermore, you have not updated my itc history.

When I called in to request closure of the account, I was instructed to come into a branch.

To be frank, I do not have time of day to fix your.

Please get this resolved ASAP
