No resolution to my credit

I am deeply dissapointed in Fnb personal home loans call centre and the trans union quiry call centre. I have worked very hard to finally pay off my personal loan with fnb but am unable to the receive help to update my personal credit history at trans union, so i can get better credit. I phoned trans union and spoke to shanaaz, who explained that fnb has not sent them information about me finalising my loan. She then requested i call fnb and ask them to send transunion a request to close the loan and clear my credit record. I then phoned fnb and spoke to Andrea who said that was not true and transunion is informed of the paid up account within 48 hours of the closure. she said there was no request they send to transunion, as they received an update on their systems. She then referred me BACK!!! to transunion! were I didnt received any help and transunio refuses to assist me or even take my paid letter that i have proof of, as it is not there procedure and i will have to wait until the 16 of October in order to log another complain. i have an emergancy with my finances and my banks needs to help but cannot because of this prickle and communication breakdown between these companie
