I settled two of my accounts 07/01/2013 Fnb Credit Card and my Fnb Smart Loan Account.
Jamila only gave me one account number to pay the amounts in, which I paid them separately and sent both proofs of payment through.
I only received one closure letter from Fnb which states that my credit card is now paid up.
I have been struggling to get a closure letter on my Smart Loan account.
On Monday 15/04/2013 I all of a sudden got an email from MBD Attorneys that I am still owing on my FNB Smart Loan account and now it is R6515.00 on this account and I paid the settlement amount of R5358.70.
Which Fnb took towards my credit card and it was not meant for that.
Jamila Kitup was supposed to see to it that it was paid properly. I have brought all of this to her attention and I never get any response back from her. I have resent all my emails from January till April to her and contacted the person from Fnb and they also don't seem to get back to me.

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!
