A big thank you to Wendy, who not only professionally dealt with my complaint but she also managed to turn my perception about Fnb around and stopped me from leaving when my mind had been made up. She was very polite and instead of just correcting the problem she probed and showed interest in knowing me as a customer and my history with tbe bank. In that way she was able to also offer advise and updated my account to suit my needs.
