How can we help You???

After waiting in a cue for approximately 35 minutes to get change, (one teller in sight) I was told they cannot give change at that counter and I need to go to the other one (8 people cued there too). I refused to stand in a cue for another half an hour and was promptly told by the teller that there is a sign at the entrance that clearly indicates that they do not give change at express counter, (there is nothing to that effect displayed over the counter) I do not go to banks to read signs, I go in and out as fast as possible. Today was wages and the bank should have been better equipped with staff since it is a friday (payday for builders, and end of the month). I asked to speak to bank manager and gave him my grievance and was promptly reminded of the said sign at the entrance... Bad bad bad!! After making a scene (things seem to happen if you do this) I was told that I will be assisted and would not have to wait in another cue. I waited a further ten minutes for my change, and then got told they dont have ten rand notes?? At a bank?? Seriously?? Anyway, I wont be back in a hurry for change. FNB's motto "How can we help you? " Not much help today I'm afraid...
