Less than 6 months ago I bought an Acer laptop from Fnb. a few days ago it refused to start up. I Googled Acer reps in PE and was referred to a Matrix outlet by the [URL Removed] website. I took the laptop to them where they ran tests, which culminated in them removing the HDD and testing it, which they found faulty. They then referred my to the service agents. I then contacted Let Me Repair who are the FNB reps. As things stood at this stage I had the HDD with me but not the rest of the laptop as a presumed as it had been diagnosed I could just return it for a new one. Let Me Repair refused to to this. When I pointed out that this was contrary to the CPA they still refused. I have now been referred to deal direct with Acer however they would not give me the contact details of anyone specific to help me. Clearly like FNB they do not subscribe to how can we help you.
