I am very disappointed in Acer. I specced a laptop that i needed the model being the Acer NX.RZNEA.004 (core i7 & dedicated graphics).
I found an online retailer who sold this model and the price was right in my budget. I did an eft and paid and the laptop was delivered by a company called Tarsus (i think SA agents for Acer). Before i opened the laptop box i took pictures of the condition of the box and all seals were broken. I then informed the online retailer of this and he said i should open it. I did open it and it looks to me like a 2nd hand laptop. Scratches, fingerprints etc as well as the cables being all over this place. Is this the way you present products to the customer? I realise Tarsus are to blame for this and not the very helpful retailer. What infuriates me more is that they cannot find the identical model for me at that price. Matrix Computers as well as Dion wired have this model and now im being told that there are none available?? I just want a NEW one!! I dont want a refund! Please sort this out
