Very bad service received

I was referred by a friend of mine to Reuben Kolobe a sales rep at AF to get a quote for my new vehicle. He gave me a quotation, we negotiated and he managed to give me a good deal. Afer all these negotiations I then cancelled my current insurance because I had now gotten the new and better offer with AF. I then completed the forms and sent them thru. After a day or 2 the policy came back, however the amount payable was now almost twice the amount I was quoted. I was obviously in shock and quickly sent an email to the the given as my service consultant. But then she was on leave and Philani was the person responsible for her mail while she's gone.

I however did not receive any feedback from the email I had sent and I was now starting to panic because it is nearing month end and I have no cover. I then called Reuben (sales Rep) and explained to him the situation, even though I had actually copied him on the initial email that I sent to Candice (service consultant). He then said said he saw the email and Philani was supposed to have come back to me, he'll have him call me. I've called AF more times than I can count and everytime I get a promise to be called back. I am still waiting..
