I wanted to expand my banking portfolio with my current bank ABSA. I went to their Ghandi Square branch with most of the required documentation as listed on the bank's website (I even had the one document that was missing on soft-copy and offered to forward it to her from my ipad) only to be assisted by a woman with a bad attitude, no interest in helping me or making my experience with the bank easier. I took time off work especially but she was uncompromising. I really felt insulted and uncomfortably prejudiced on a basis. I have been a customer for years, but Ms. Lensly is the epitome of bad service with notes of a attitude. I was sorely disappointed. I'm moving my account!
