To whom it may concern, i cancelled my account on the 19 Aug 2013 because of the increase of the premium and i can not afford it anymore, to my suprise an amount of R181.50 was deducted on my account, the lady i spoke to told me she cant do anything about it and i'm still covered until the next billing cycle which i requested my money to be refunded back to my account, i dont want to be covered with clientele especially with the poor service they rendering, starting from the call centre agents to the delivery of service towards me. so in short can i please have my money deposited back into my account
