No response to e-mail queries

I have been waiting for the past week for a SWIFT payment to be cleared. I have sent several e-mail requests querying when the funds will be cleared but as yet have not received any response. This is a little disappointing as I generally find the service I receive from Nedbank to be really good. Please can someone get back to me as a matter of urgency as I have some urgent payments I need to make by the end of the week.
