POOR SERVICE

I am a Nedbank client for quite a view years and when I deposit my cheques always requests special clearances. The cheques are never cleared, I always have to do a follow up, to such an extent that the previous manager gave me a reference nr 463287, as this is a re-accurance from the side of Nedbank.
A cheque was deposited on 8th August and the cheque is still not cleared.
It is frustrating, time consuming, but the fees for the special clearances are always charged.
I need a reply urgently
