A simple claim on my hob that we use to cook meals with has taken 3 weeks and only today i HAVE been advised
Its going to sorted out today. Santam does not realise that we have to use a stove to cook with. This claim is only R2500. I HAVE a policy with mechanical breakdown with santam then why take so long. The cost of takeaways for the period that it has been out of service is actually more than the replacement value of this hob. Who compensates for this? I HAVE been a client for almost a year with and haven't had a CLAIM. I HAVE my car, building, contents cover with them.
