Still waiting for Feed back

Went to the FNB Branch on the 14-07-2013 to deposit my Childs school fees at Lenasia branch in Rose Avenue, while I busy on the ATM with a deposit put the money in the machine and the power went off, Asked the security guy if there was anything I need to do he was useless the my husband called FNB lost / card division and we were given a reference number RY1307143658 spoke to Zaheer Khan and he took my details and I advised that I will be called back nothing until I went back on the 30-08-2013 and the branch Manager showed me a piece of paper that says the transaction was cancelled by who I don't know i wouldn't have set my foot at the bank if I cancelled the transaction. They asked to write a letter and it will be sent to Steve at the Gold Reef for assistance and they promised to get back to me i haven't heard anything from FNB so I don't know what to do my child was sent back home cos her fees are not paid i do not earn millions to throw away R700.00 in the water FNB is playing with me bcos they do not care about people i am tired of calling I am spending money on phone calls and no one is getting back to me.
