Ad service and attitude towards customers

I went to the branch and the consultant who was supposed to help me indicated that she doesn't know what to do I have to wait for the second one. After a long wait I was assisted by mandla who tried by all means to resolve my complains with the help of his supervisor (marie) who was unable to give mandla the neccessary information. Nothing was resolved and I was told that the matter will be escalated and by that time it was afer 16H00. When I was suppossed to get out of the bank the security guard told me that I must wait for 10min, and that escalated to 45min. When I asked why am I waiting I was told that I must wait for sbv to collect and one of the employees to verify. I tried to explain to the manager that I had to go due to personal things I had to take care of before 17H00, she said there is nothing she can do. I asked for the complaint book and the manager said they dont have it. I was only allowed to get out at 17H25. I was late and that caused me an unplanned trip which the manager said she will pay the following day.
