MANAGER WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

On the 11 March 2013 i went to the Tongaat branch KFC around 6pm and purchased the Streetwise one, Two junior burgers and one zinger burger meal-When i brought my meal home, there was no chicken piece. I had everything else except for the chicken from the Streetwize 1 meal. My house is 12kms away from the KFC therefore i could not drive back. I had called the KFC branch and had spoke to the manager ALi who assured me that he will look at the video-camera and will contact me the next day.
Ali did not contact me the next day and i had to call the branch myself and he said that he will write it in the book so when i do come in, whoever is the manager at that time will give my chicken.

So today 13/03/2013, i ask my wife to stop at the KFC on our way home and please pick up my chicken piece.she brought the chicken piece but she was so disappointed with the service that was received.
Firstly Ali told her that he did not view the camera and he is being courteous and will give us the chicken piece for free- HELLOOO? MR MANAGER- you are not doing us a favour- if he had made the time to view the camera footage he would have picked up that there was no chicken put into the bag
