Extremely Poor Customer Service

I wanted 3 months stamped bank statements
I requested my premium banker to assist in this regard:

Well I am still awaiting the call
i went to the Secunda Branch
.
The teller requested my ID which I gave, and then was told that the ID was an old one and not the same as the one I gave to her. My ID was in 2010. So the teller told me to get my "new id scanned " and that I must now go to another area within the bank to have this done. I told her that I cannot wait as there was many people queued, awaiting service. She said she cannot help. I asked for the manager, and told her that all I wanted was stamped bank statements. She told me she cannot help as my ID did not match- point blank. I was irritated, and asked her to write her name, she pointed to her name tag and asked me to write her name down if I wanted it - customer service?? " How can we help you " non-existent.
I understand that the purpose of the FICA / case of, however I believe that FNB employs persons that should have some sense of savvy/empowerment to ask the necessary security questions to ascertain a situation.
? take my business elsewhere?
