Hi.

I received a cheque payment (Deposit) from a client I was doing a private job for on Tuesady. Normally a cheque takes about 7 to 10 working days to be cleared.

Yesterday I decided to go to the branch and request that the cheque be clered before the stipulated time. I was helped by a lady named:

She called the branch where the deposit was made, Centurion & she spoke to guy named:

Simon S. Khanyile
Life Style Cn (Centurion)
0126810240.

He asked for my detailes as well as the depositor's details, who uses Standard Bank. He then personally went to the Standard Bank Branch, did whatever he did and a couple of minutes, Just Under 10 Minutes, the cheque was cleared and I gained access to it. Me and Roxy were like (Wooooow; Jaw drop). For me, it was a remarkably best ever client care service I have ever received in my life.

I hope and pray that they give you guys bonusses for that.
