Hi, I submitted a query on Tue 4 Dec, spoke to Vernon/Hilton and I am still waiting for an update. I have mailed these guys, left voice message for Vernon and still nobody has contacted me. This is ridiculous, the bank messed up my building contract and now I am paying extra for their damages. I am paying a higher interest rate as it is a building loan and now they are delaying the process. I expect a refund for the extra amount I am currently paying on my bond due to your mistake! I will now approach the ombudsman and take this story to the media as you guys should be held liable for this error.
