I recently posted a complaint about FNB's lack of initiative to helping me resolve my debt review issue.
I still had to personally contact the NCR to provide FNB with proof of my withdrawal or cancellation of debt review in 2009 already!

Having been assured by email that FNB has since updated their records, I did a credit card application online and it was declined because according to Zama Shabalala I am still under debt review!

I'm now rather confused as to why the "most innovative bank in the world" has a system that updates records only in one department?
I was told to go into a branch as FNB's online application process is not all it's hyped up to be.
I wonder what the computers/systems at the branch will reveal!

I'm fed up with FNB to say the least!!!
