I've applied for a consolidation loan on22/07/2013. After the 15 working days turnaround time, I've been contacting std bank for the status of my application and always been told my application is with the manager. I've sent an email last Friday and today also asking the exact period that I should wait for the outcome. Today I received a reply saying 3 -4weeks because of a long queue - to me that means I'll probably get an outcome between the 18/09/2013 nad 25/09/2013.
So I dont understand why you do not change your turnaround time for feedback on the applications to 2months.
